My vision is to be an honest, empathetic and impactful project leader and to be recognised internationally within my industry.

I am a result driven business manager with full P&L understanding and commitment who has developed and implemented operational and business processes for the life cycle of Managed Services and Outsourcing programs.

With my strong interpersonal skills and being a hands-on leader, experienced in managing globally distributed teams, I can define objectives, establish priorities and boost productivity by constant commitment to organisational goals and high-quality performance standards.

I am a global-oriented, customer-focused sales and operations professional with 20+ years’ experience in Managed Services, including Telecom & IT industry from an operator and vendor as well as from the internal ICT demand (CIO) perspective, with proven communication and negotiation skills up to C-Level and across cultures.

Being an accomplished senior management executive with demonstrated ability to deliver mission- critical Program/Project Management Organisations for Mega Projects and large-scale developments. An experienced IT/Telecommunications Engineer and Certified Project & Service Management Professional with 25+ years of multi-disciplinary broad practice. I have accrued sharp business acumen; and engaged in progressively demanding senior management leadership positions in multiple industries requiring results-oriented persistence.

At Siemens AG, I was involved in various areas of Sales. In the areas of Engineering (ANL), as well as Private Communication Systems & Networks (PN), I took over sales responsibility for the largest regional customers and managed to develop this area together with my team positively.

1999 – 2008


At T-Systems I came just when the merger between the Telekom and the debis Systemhaus was decided and I took over in CIO the responsibility for the integration of the various IT systems and communication networks. It was about the standardization of the ICT infrastructure & applications for 50,000 employees in over 100 independent companies. After several other positions, I headed an organization responsible for the largest multinational customers (Plan Build Run).

2009 – 2014


At TCI Transformation Consulting International GmbH, I was responsible for setting up the regional subsidiary Saudi Arabia and the sales region MENA (Middle East & North Africa). Through intensive relationship management and professional, high-quality execution, we were able to expand our business very positively, particularly in the area of complex project management and business transformation management.

2014 – 2017


I joined Etihad Etisalat Company - Mobily as a General Manager for "Mega Projects". Together with my team, I was responsible for large complex Smart City projects, as well as development of new products and services based on IoT. It was about opening new markets and new product lines for the country's second largest telecommunications provider.
